Membership Information
We strive to provide the education and the skills necessary to develop, support, and sustain a small business enterprise by encouraging small and minority businesses to stay, invest, and participate in the Lima/Allen County community.
What can you expect out of our Chamber membership?
The Chamber of Commerce offers our members exclusive business-to-business networking opportunities and access to business development opportunities. We also offer advertising and marketing options specifically developed for our Chamber members and advocate for our member businesses regarding legislative issues that may impact your bottom line.
We also offer a Microloan for small businesses…
What is a MicroLoan?
This loan provides funding to help you start up, expand, and maintain your business. Microloans can be used for various purposes, such as supplies, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Who provides the loan?
Microloans are financed through First National Bank. They monitor your eligibility and send Walter C Potts information and statements. Microloans are limited to $10,000 per business.
Am I eligible?
Each applicant varies in lending amounts and credit requirements. This is mostly affected by credit history, loan payment history, loan balances, and previous payoffs.
